Research On The Beautiful Countryside Construction Of Henan Province

After the reform and opening up,the rapid development of economy improved people’s living standard.However, with the rapid development of economy, various problems become increasingly prominent, such as, the gap between urban and rural areas is gradually increased, the rural economy develops slowly, the ecological environment is getting worse. In order to improve these phenomena, further solve the "three rural issues", based on the construction of the new socialist countryside on,the report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the concept of beautiful China,emphasized the need to respect nature and protect the environment,put forward the "five one" socialist construction layout.Basic on this report,the Central Document in 2013 first proposed the goal to build "beautiful countryside".In order to achieve this goal,the palaces have started to bulit the beautiful village, and achieved certain results.In response to the appeal of the Party Central Committee, Henan province is also committed to the development of the beautiful village construction.This paper basiced on the beautiful rural construction of Henan province,on the existence of the economic situation, the beautiful rural construction achievements, the beautiful rural construction typicals and beautiful rural construction problems are analyzed and summarized,summarized the excellent experience of Anji, Yongjia, Jiangning, Japan village construction movement, new village movement in Korea and German village renewal,and put forward the policital suggestions to promote the beautiful rural constructions.Finally, taking Linying County as a case study, through field investigation method on the current situation of Linying county resource investigation, comparison and analysis method were compared with the beautiful rural construction typical, SWOT analysis of advantages and disadvantages, opportunities, challenges of law development and the beautiful rural construction to carry on the analysis, and then evaluate the effectiveness of the beautiful Linying County Rural Construction. Basic on the above, proposed some policy cecommendations to promote the beautiful rural construction of Linying County.
