In recent years,as people pay more attention to the quality of life and their own health,everyone becomes more concerned about food safety.Therefore,Premier LiKeqiang pointed out in the Report on the Work of the Government,which is the most important thing,is solved the problem of people's food safety in a practical way.But there are still some urgent difficulties in the supervision of food safety,among which the problems in the circulation of food are more prominent.As the circulation link of food is closely connected with the terminal of the food production and operation chain,involving multiple nodes such as wholesale,operation and transportation,the reality of "point and line length" increases the difficulty of supervision of the circulation link,resulting in that the circulation link of food is the link that produces the most food safety problems nowadays.Failure to better solve this practical problem,on the one hand,will cause serious damage to the health of the people,on the other hand,will also affect the people's trust in the government,reduce the credibility of the government.This article mainly from the perspective of macro food safety regulation in China,and based on the development course and current situation of food safety regulation in Tinghu district of Yancheng city,by collecting the past five years the regulators to investigate and punish the circulation of food safety cases,lateral divided into the time of the case,the nature of the object,area,and the way of supervision several dimensions,longitudinal analysis of each dimension in the performance of the whole case library,summed up the problems of circulation in the area of food safety supervision,and analyze the reasons for their occurrence,and find the food circulation of the main problems and reasons existing in the safety regulation.Finally,combining the advantages of current supervision and referring to the advanced experience of food safety supervision at home and abroad,this paper puts forward Suggestions for improving the supervision of food safety in circulation in Tinghu district of Yancheng city,so as to improve the efficiency of food safety supervision in circulation in Tinghu district of Yancheng city.
