With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,knowledge employees,the owner of knowledge and the main participant of knowledge innovation,are playing an increasingly important role in enterprises.From the perspective of the importance and particularity of knowledge workers' work,if knowledge workers show CWB,it will be more harmful to the organization and less easy to be detected.With the increasing complexity of innovation,the uncertainty of innovation and the integration of innovation technology,it is difficult for enterprises to independently complete the process of developing new products or bringing new products and services to the market.The interconnection between enterprises and organizations in the innovation network also makes it possible for CWB to spread in the innovation network.This paper mainly analyzes the influence of knowledge workers' CWB on knowledge innovation and the moderating effect of innovation network in it,and explores the factors affecting the diffusion of knowledge workers' CWB in the innovation network,so as to reduce the moderating effect of innovation network.The research can not only enrich the existing research results of CWB,but also provide management reference for enterprises to improve their own construction and reduce the influence of knowledge workers' CWB in the innovation network environment,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,this paper reviews the concepts and related researches of CWB,knowledge innovation and innovation network,and theoretically explores the relationship between CWB of knowledge workers and knowledge innovation and the regulatory role of innovation network in it.Through theoretical research,the conceptual model of this paper is established.Then,on the basis of the conceptual model,this paper tested the reliability and validity of the research data by designing questionnaires and collecting data,and established the structural equation model to verify the research hypothesis.The empirical results show that:(1)there is a significant negative correlation between knowledge workers' CWB and knowledge innovation;(2)there is a significant positive correlation between innovation network and knowledge innovation;(3)innovation network plays a significant positive regulating role in the relationship between knowledge workers' CWB and knowledge innovation.Finally,this paper constructs the SIR communication model of knowledge workers' CWB in the innovation network,and explores the influencing factors of knowledge workers' CWB in the innovation network through the multi-agent modeling and simulation software Netlogo.Simulation results show that the probability of reducing the spread of knowledge employees CWB while can inhibit the knowledge employees CWB within the innovation network transmission,but does not improve within the innovation network control and removal efficiency of the knowledge employees CWB,improve the organization of knowledge employees clear against CWB and clean up after the immune probability and by reducing the inspection cycle of the organization not only can inhibit the knowledge employees CWB within the innovation network transmission,can also improve the innovation network control and removal of knowledge workers in the efficiency of the CWB.
