At present,domestic researchers and enterprises to strengthen the research and safety of coal mine,but the accidents are still happen.The reason is that understanding of miners' unsafe behavior is still not comprehensive,miners' counterproductive work behaviors is one of the main causes of unsafe behavior.Through questionnaire,based on the analysis by SPSS and AMOS,attributing to 9 factors for miners' counterproductive work behaviors.Then based on complex adaptive system(CAS)and agent-based modeling and simulation(ABMS)to build the model of miners' counterproductive work behaviors.Through adjusting the system variables: organizational fairness level,organizational commitment,leadership style,the level of population pressure,work satisfaction,education,the effects of the miners' counterproductive work behaviors,effective leadership level,groups' behaviors and mood swings level were analyzed on Net Logo platform.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)To explore the influencing factors of miners' counterproductive work behaviors.Based on the early stage of the interview,statistical analysis,and other ways to explore influencing factors of miners' counterproductive work behaviors,including organizational fairness level,organizational commitment,work satisfaction,the level of security incentives,model specification,emotional stability,the level of population pressure,job burnout,leadership style.(2)To construct the level of miners' counterproductive work behaviors model.The research shows that: the organization's security atmosphere can reduce the miners' counterproductive work behaviors by improving organizational fairness level and organizational commitment,improve leadership style and improve miners' work satisfaction could decrease the miners' counterproductive work behaviors,the increase of the level of population pressure could make miners' job burnout,leading to cause miners' counterproductive work behaviors,education has relatively little influence on miners' counterproductive work behaviors.(3)Proposed the specific measures to prevent the miners' counterproductive work behaviors.By eliminating the crab effect,advocating home culture,effective use Pygmalion effect,establishing the effective communication mechanism,reasonably adjustment of the relationship between colleagues,promoting the miners' organizational commitment and other ways to build a good organizational atmosphere.Improvingleadership style through the management of personal qualities and a variety of leadership styles.By stimulating the miners' safety awareness,the safety incentive measures are constructed based on the security of responsibility and benefit.Strengthen education and the understanding of the miners' counterproductive work behaviors,to create a good working environment and set up examples to reduce the occurrence of the miners' counterproductive work behaviors.
