China's Party and government attach great importance to safety training of industry and trade enterprises.In order to effectively improve the effectiveness of safety training migration,it is necessary to scientifically evaluate the capability of staff safety training migration in industry and trade enterprises.These initiatives have contributed to the presentation of targeted responses.It is an important step for scientific evaluation of migration capability to find out the influencing factors and mechanism of staff safety training migration capability in industry and trade enterprises.Thus,this paper has done the following research:(1)Based on field research,the migration situation and preliminary influencing factors of employee safety training in industry and trade enterprises were obtained.With WOS and CNKI,trainee characteristic,training design and training organizational were analyzed by visualization methods by CiteSpace.Moreover,expert interview,legal and regulatory auxiliary analysis were used to mend the results.Finally,we can obtain nine preliminary evaluation indexes affecting the migration capability of staff safety training in industry and trade enterprises.(2)In order to determine the interaction between the 9 indicator factors,this study adopts Interpretive Structural Model(ISM)technique to explore the interrelationships amongst factors to the Employee Safety Training Migration capability.The mechanism underlying the migration of safety training is revealed by adopting the ISM-MICMAC model.And 5 hierarchical structures of the safety training factors were constructed by using the dependence and driving force.(3)It used ANP to calculate weights of every criteria and dimension,and to sort the weights.The weight of trainees' characteristic factor is the largest in the first-level indicators,which is 0.493.In the second-level indicators,the first six indicators with larger weights are in turn: transfer climate(0.224),Transfer Motivation(0.206),self-efficacy(0.171),capability and attitude(0.116),cultural environment(0.087)and training needs and objectives(0.075).(4)Then,with the help of FCE method,the maximum membership degree was used to represent the evaluation results of safety training migration capability.Taking the weight obtained from the analysis of ISM-ANP method as the weight set of FCE method,a comprehensive evaluation model of employee safety training migration capability of industry and trade enterprises based on ISM-ANP-FCE method is constructed.(5)On this basis,taking F enterprise as an example,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise.It preliminarily verifies the accuracy and applicability of the ISM-ANP-FCE model.(6)Finally,according to the analysis results of ISM-MICMAC on the index factors,a general approach to improvement is proposed.According to the weights obtained by ANP and the results of this evaluation,a targeted improvement approach is proposed.
