With the developing of the society, people never take greater concerns about food safety in restaurants than nowadays. However, owing to the poor management and operation, food safety becomes a common problem existing in Chinese restaurants. Food service is a crucial component of tourism. Due to its direct connection with the healthy of the travelers and the prospect of the companies, the food safety is the primary foundation for tourism industry's sound development.After the research and analyse on the retaurant employee's food safety knowledge and attitude, this paper makes its conclusion that: food safety training is the most important factor that affects restaurant employee's food safety knowledge and attitude. So based on this conclusion, this paper also inquiries into the food safety training system of employees.First of all, this paper briefly summarizes the developing of food safety and its present management situation in our country and believes that there are so many food safety problems in our restaurant. Then this paper laid stress on the investigation, the analyze and obtain valid results. The analyze methods include independent sample T-test and one way ANOVA. Third, this papter theoretical put forward a restaurant employee food safety training system. At last, this paper also have a opinion that the training system should have the support of the government, the industry association and the consumer.In a word, with the rapid development of the information transmission and the mature of our consumer, food safety will become a critical factor that determines the success of a restaurant's operation.
