| Private Banks emerged in China in 2007,and after more than a decade of development,they have become one of the main battlegrounds for competition among major Banks.Under the new development situation,major commercial Banks begin to enter the private banking market and invest a lot of resources in this aspect.In the process of development,bank X also saw this opportunity,and officially launched this business in2014.After continuous efforts in the initial stage,some achievements have been made.However,we should pay attention to the fact that with more and more financial institutions involved in this field,the intensity of competition has become more and more unprecedented.How can bank X continue to develop steadily and improve its weaknesses in the new environment,so as to survive the fierce competition?In the research process,this paper adopted several common research methods,such as literature research,analytical research,comparative research,etc.,to synthesize the views of relevant scholars at home and abroad in this field,and lay a theoretical foundation for the following research.After that,it defines the relevant theme concepts of private Banks,and analyzes the current development status and new features of the private wealth market.Next,a series of problems highlighted in the development of X bank’s private banking business are analyzed,mainly from five aspects.First,management mode: the existing retail department fails to play its due role and cannot meet the demand.Unreasonable performance appraisal method leads to the loss of some talents.Second,there is a lack of innovation in product research and development,which cannot meet customers’ differentiated product needs.Third,there is a serious shortage of talent.Fourth,the risk control management needs to be further improved,there are many deficiencies at present.Fifth,there are serious deficiencies in technical support.For the present stage,X bank private bank business development of controlled private banking markets at home and abroad the outstanding performance of the industry leader in these aspects,and then improve the management model and product design innovation,professional talent training and technology research and development,the construction of risk control,branding five aspects to optimize,hope for X bank private bank business in the future development process have certain theoretical guidance and practical benefits. |
