Food is the basic requirement of human life.Food safety is directly related to the health of the people.The governments of all walks of life in our country have been committed to the reform of food safety supervision.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that the new round of government reform should use high-tech means such as big data and Internet.At present,introducing big data technology into food safety supervision has become a hot spot of reform and innovation.And key points.Since the "Three-year Plan of Action for Shanghai's Promotion of Big Data Research and Development(2013-2015)" was issued in Shanghai,the application of Big Data in food safety supervision has been actively promoted.It has been developed in transforming supervision mode and optimizing supervision resources.At the same time,the structural tension between system and technology in the process of promotion deserves attention and summary.Based on this,this paper takes Shanghai as an example.Using technology embedding theory,through content analysis method,policy text analysis method,participatory observation method and comparative research method,this paper tries to explore the application of promoting big data technology in food safety supervision.This paper consists of six chapters: introduction,current situation analysis,existing problems,other stones,optimization strategies and concluding remarks.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,defines the related concepts,puts forward the importance of large data embedding and application in food safety supervision,introduces the theory of technology embedding,and expounds the compatibility between theory and research issues,paving the way for the whole research.In the second chapter,the policy promotion and application function of introducing big data technology into the process of food safety supervision in Shanghai are analyzed in depth,so as to have a comprehensive understanding of Shanghai's practice.Chapter 3,from the analysis of the current situation,finds the deficiencies and problems of Shanghai food safety supervision in promoting big data projects,including institutional bottlenecks,weak technology and the shortage of applied talents of government big data.Chapter IV,the use of big data in food safety supervision in the United States is relatively mature,mainly from the organizational structure,information technology and laws and regulations summarized its development experience.Chapter 5 combines the practical experience of the United States and the actual situation of Shanghai.Regression theory puts forward optimization strategies from three aspects: institutional basis,technical support and intellectual support.Chapter 6 concludes with a summary of the main ideas of this paper.
