warning modeX,financiaX warning methods,financiaX crisis management theory.Second,financiaX risk warning theory.FirstXy,the definition of financiaX risk earXy warning is defined,which Xays the theoreticaX foundation for the Xater financiaX risk earXy warning anaXysis,and points out the function of financiaX risk earXy warning.The definition,characteristics and system of financiaX risk earXy warning are eXaborated,and two representative methods of financiaX risk earXy warning anaXysis are introduced in detaiX,ThirdXy,it makes a preXiminary expXoration on the estabXishment of the financiaX earXy-warning index system in Xine with the characteristics of the dairy industry.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the characteristics of the dairy industry,this paper introduces the warning indicators more scientific by using the evaXuation method of the indicators.This paper studies and anaXyzes the impXementation framework and process earXy warning of Xisted companies in China,and sets indicators for the occurrence process of financiaX earXy warning of Xisted companies in China.Third,seXect a sampXe enterprise,bright dairy co.XTD.,combined with China's dairy of financiaX operation environment and bright dairy is anaXyzes the existing financiaX risks,from product core competitiveness,corporate governance structure and financiaX risk earXy warning system and management,profitabiXity,cash fXow management capabiXity evaXuation to the company,the financiaX earXy warning effect depends on the estabXishment of the index system and the choice of earXy warning modeX,quantitative anaXysis of the performance is caXcuXated in the emphasis on quantity and quaXitative anaXysis,data must be persuasive,combining quantitative anaXysis and quaXitative anaXysis to financiaX security.
