A Study On The Economic Benefit Guarantee Of Dairy Farmers Under China’s Dairy Products Safety System

With the continuous improvement of living standards，China’s per capita dairyconsumption is increasing， the development of the dairy industry has entered anunprecedented period of prosperity．This plays an important role to improve the nutritionalstatus of our people，enhance the national physical health，boom the regional economy，and increase the dairy farmers＇income．But in recent years，occurred some safety issues，so that the whole industry has faced a great blow．We all focus on enterprises andconsumers in the loss of security incidents．In fact，the dairy farmers are in a vulnerablepart of the whole industry chain，and their interests are often neglected，moreoverconsumer focus on food safety issues forced the dairy quality and safety standards continueto improve． Dairy farmers facing a pressure of increasing production inputs．The dissertation research on how to protect the fundamental interests of dairyfarmers in the condition of products are safe．Based on the economic theory of gametheory、information asymmetry、cost-benefit analysis to research the relationship betweendairy farmers and various stakeholders，as well as inputs and outputs in differentsizes． The study also analyzes the situation of the dairy farmers’ economic interests andelaborates the relationship between the safety of dairy products and dairy farmers＇economic interests．For the above problems，the study propose some main measures toprotect the interests of dairy farmers．...
