Analysis On The Current Situation Of Real Estate Development Project Management In XT Company And The Countermeasures

In recent years,the development and management focus of real estate development enterprises has shifted from the management of functional departments to project management.Modern project management is an important guarantee for real estate development companies to operate efficiently.However,in China,most real estate companies still have low development management level and economic benefits.More companies have problems such as insufficient feasibility studies,low project quality,delays in closing houses,high costs,frequent economic disputes,and weak contract management awareness.First of all,this paper introduces the concept and the main content of project management.By using the project management theory,this paper described and analyzed the current situation of project management in various stages of XT real estate development project.And it analyzes the problems and causes in each stage of LL New Town Project.Secondly,according to the analysis of the problems and causes and the actual situation of the LL New Town Project,the project management theory is used to propose the optimization plan for the project management of each stage in the LL New Town project,which provides an effective basis for the future project management of XT.Then,this paper puts forward the key measures to implement the XT company real estate development project management optimization plan and ensures the effective implementation of the plan.Finally,it summarizes the research results,problems and deficiencies of this paper.Through the research and study of the project management process control in XT Company LL New Town Project,it provides a basis for effective real estate development project management,which is used to enhance the social and economic benefits of XT Company and ultimately maximize the benefits.Through the research of this paper,I hope to provide a reference for the reform and design of project management in the same type of real estate development enterprise.
