The resultshows that the risks of the project of Yangling New Garden township mainly lie in the areas ofresidential price, resettlement, financing, the delay in the schedule and design change. Theserisks can be decreased to the minimum scope and minimum degree by the establishment of theall-round risk monitoring mode.
