Research On The Construction Of Intelligent Endowment System Of Xinjiang Ronghui Company

China has entered an aging population society,with the rapid growth of the elderly population and huge demand for pension services.However,the relative inadequacy of resources and supply of pension services has added many difficulties to the development of the cause of aging in China.Nowadays,the intelligent old-age pension model using intelligent technology as a driving factor has become a hot spot in the aging industry.Many related enterprises have laid out in the field of wisdom pension.This paper takes Xinjiang Fuxing Company,an old software company in China,as the research object,and explores the origin and thinking method of its development of intelligent pension business by understanding its development experience and predicament.Based on the analysis of the development process and current situation of the old-age service at home and abroad,this paper takes Karamay Ronghui Pension Company as an example,combines the enterprise and modern pension situation,and analyses the functional requirements of the old-age system.On this basis,the design framework of the intelligent community pension service system is determined.The database of the intelligent community pension service system uses MySQL database,which is healthy.The modules of health management and life management are designed.This paper first analyzes the current situation of pension services in Xinjiang merging company,and establishes the Internet plus intelligent endowment mode and innovative industry development mode.Then combined with the changes of enterprise and modern pension concept,the functional requirements of the pension system are analyzed,and based on this,the overall design experiment of the intelligent pension system of Xinjiang Fuxing Company is carried out.Relying on the information construction of the elderly community,Fuxin Company builds its own pension service cloud system,which enables the elderly to obtain comprehensive services such as life consumption,entertainment and leisure,health protection,and build a comprehensive service base.We also need to strengthen the active communication with the elderly,construct a diversified interactive scenario ecosphere,which can reflect the actual needs of the elderly in a timely manner,and facilitate the updating of network information and various software of the elderly user application.On the basis of building the intelligent pension system,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the intelligent pension system of Xinjiang Fusion Company: first,to innovate organizational structure adjustment;second,to establish information database;to strengthen data collection,to build a special information database for the elderly;third,to establish a special customer relationship management system,to establish the concept of customer relationship management,to build a customer management platform and structure.Build CRM information system based on Internet user experience;Fourth,strengthen human resource management,strengthen personnel technical training and strengthen communication;Fifth,improve the fund guarantee mechanism,increase special fund investment,establish enterprise benefit compensation mechanism;Expand the scope of financing,attract multi-investors to join.
