As China's economy shifts from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,the restructuring of China's rural credit cooperatives has also entered the final stage.As a product of the restructuring of rural credit cooperatives,rural commercial banks have also inherited the responsibility of revitalizing rural financial undertakings.In recent years,three rural policies,inclusive finance development policies have proposed,Make more commercial banks optimistic about the development of rural financial markets and small and micro enterprise financial markets.Competitors in the same industry have successively entered the advantageous areas of rural commercial banks and continue to research and develop innovative financial products to provide personalized services.These latecomers gradually weaken the core competitiveness of rural commercial banks.Therefore,in order to be able to develop healthily and sustainably,it is imperative to study and formulate the competition strategy of Jilin Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank.Through research and analysis,this paper aims to provide reference for the formulation of the competition strategy of Jilin Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank.First of all,this paper expounds the research background and significance of the research on the competition strategy of Jilin Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank and lists the research methods and contents.It summarizes the relevant domestic and foreign literatures and theoretical references.Secondly,by introducing the development situation of Jilin Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank,from the current situation of market competition and the analysis of competitors in the same industry,it analyzes the competition status of the bank,and pointed out the problems that the bank has in the industry competition,namely risk management,weak marketing ability and poor service quality.And analyze and clarify the reasons for these problems,that is,the relevant rules and regulations are not well-developed,the employee training and evaluation mechanism is imperfect,the composite professional talent is in short supply,and the financial product innovation research and development ability is weak.Thirdly,using the PEST analysis method,the research on the macro environment of Jilin Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank is carried out from four aspects: political law,economy,social culture and technology.At present,in the macro environment,there are both favorable policies for reducing taxes and reducing taxes and promoting the development of inclusive finance.There are also unfavorable factors such as strong supervision,strong accountability,and diversified customer needs.Using Michael Porter's five-force model to study and analyze Jilin Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank current state of the industry environment from the entry threats of potential competitors,the threat of alternatives,the competition between the same industry,the bargaining power of the fund suppliers,and the bargaining power of the capital demanders.From the analysis of the bank's management status,human resources status and financial status,the bank's internal environment was expounded.Through the above-mentioned research and analysis of the bank's macro environment,industry environment and internal environment,and using SWOT analysis model,from the four aspects of advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats,the four development strategies of Jilin Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank were put forward.Finally,based on the above research and analysis,this paper determines the competitive strategic objectives of Jilin Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank and proposes that implementing the differentiation strategy is the inevitable choice for the bank to develop a competitive strategy.At the same time,based on the choice of competitive strategy,the method of implementing the competitive strategy is determined,and then explain the safeguards that the bank needs to ensure the smooth implementation of the differentiation strategy,from organization,human resources,management,risk control and operating costs five aspects.
