Study Of The Influence Of Peasant Workres Participate In The Old-Age Insurance To Urban Integration

Migrant workers are a large number of social groups in the process of China's reform and opening up and industrialization and urbanization,they have made great contributions not only to the development of China's economy and society but also to the prosperity of the city.All along,the government departments at all levels attach great importance to the issue of migrant workers,and the development of appropriate policies,and achieved remarkable results.However,with the construction of the new urbanization continues to advance,the majority of migrant workers in the city still can not enjoy equal public services accordingly in the full sense,this has hindered the pace of migrant workers into the city to a great extent,is not conducive to promoting the new urbanization,may also bring a series of social problems in a deeper level.Therefore,how to improve the level of public services to solve the problems of migrant workers into the city has become the focus of research and discussion.As an important part of social public welfare,the continuous improvement of the social security system of migrant workers to integrate into city life has a positive role in promoting,and the endowment insurance is related to the realization of the basic pension rights of migrant workers.In this paper,based on the theory of social exclusion and migration network theory,combined with the current reality of China's new urbanization construction,the paper analyzes the impact of pension on the integration of migrant workers into the city.And through the questionnaire survey of migrant workers in Kunshan area data,analysis of current situation of migrant workers pension insurance,through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the migrant workers into the city,and using ordinary least squares(OLS)regression model for empirical research on the construction of endowment insurance of migrant workers into the city,and finally put forward to the corresponding policy recommendations according to the results of the research.Survey data shows that Kunshan migrant workers insurance rate is relatively high;calculation of different types of migrant workers into the city is found by AHP,the urban workers participate old-age insurance are significantly higher than the non insured migrant workers in the city integration degree;the regression results show that in the endowment insurance has obvious positive effect on integration.
