With the acceleration of global and regional economic integration,Internet information technology has been more and more applied to all aspects of the market economy.The global logistics industry is also undergoing profound changes,while gaining more and more recognition and attention.China has become the world's major economy,with the continuous improvement of infrastructure and people's living standards,which urges the construction and improvement of national highway facilities,followed by a sharp upward trend in automobile demand,automobile manufacturers to adjust the decline in automobile prices,4S shop car sales rose substantially;there is also an increasing second-hand car sales.With the rapid development of the industry,the government's environmental protection work has overcome difficulties,greatly promoted the application of new energy vehicles,and made more "third party logistics" enterprises rise rapidly.In the process of establishing and developing an enterprise,both internal and external environment are of vital importance to the enterprise.When studying the development strategy of an enterprise,it is necessary to analyze the internal and external environment in which the enterprise is situated.This paper uses literature analysis,empirical research analysis,SWOT analysis,and refers to a large number of foreign and domestic related literature,and conducts a deep-seated research on the development strategy of Jilin Jialong Logistics Co.,Ltd.It involves the PEST analysis,one by one on the policy environment of the Jialong company,the combined operation of rail and water,the tight banking capital and the difficult financing environment of enterprises.Self driving travel has become the preferred environment for tourism,the closer the automobile age is closer,and the younger team's weak teamwork force.The GPS positioning technology,the driverless vehicle technology,the high-speed rail freight and other technical environment,etc.Four external environments are explained objectively.Using Porter's Five Forces Analysis and related theoretical basis,this paper interprets and interprets the supplier's bargaining power,buyer's bargaining power,new entrants' threat,substitutes' threat and competition of industry competitors from various perspectives.The SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages(internal),disadvantages(internal),opportunities(external),threats(external)and other aspects of the company's development strategy.In this paper,the current situation of the developing Jialong company is also thoroughly interpreted.It is found that there are still many problems in the development strategy of the company,such as the upgrade of information data management,the single main business of the company,the difficulty of financing,the lack of talent and so on.In order to solve the problems existing in the development strategy,Jialong has set up the second-hand vehicle transportation business section,internal process control post,audit post,new safety and security section,established a branch company which can enjoy the tax reduction treatment of local government investment invitation,and set up Xi'an Hotel in Xi'an,as well as business centers in front-line cities such as Xi'an,Beijing and Tianjin.Measures to increase the company's main non-operating income,greatly improving the brand effect of enterprises in the same industry.Only when we have a clear understanding of the crux of the problems in the development strategy of Jialong Logistics in Jilin Province,the only way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is to find the right remedy.It provides the development strategy layout of Jialong Company in the future.This paper analyses the problems and causes in the operation process of Jialong Company,formulates the short-term and long-term objectives of the enterprise development strategy,chooses the differentiated strategy mode for the enterprise development,adopts the pricing strategy mechanism and signs the order of the exclusive transportation line as the specific implementation criteria,and pays attention to improving the overall quality of employees and enhancing the daily management and control of the GPS positioning system.Customer service concept,optimizing the organizational framework,innovating the use of information systems,refining the vehicle transportation process,and supervising the daily business of the company's legal department are taken as the safeguard measures in the development strategy of the enterprise,so as to create a new plateau of innovative development strategy for Jilin Jialong Logistics Co.,Ltd.
