The Applied Research Of Standardized Management System For Inner Mongolia Power Supply Company

With the deepening reform of the economic system overall conduct,competition within the industry will be more intense,survival of the fittest is inevitable.In addition,the power companies also faces with the pressure of continuous improvement of the grid means and reform of the power grid applications system,so the electricity sector must strengthen its core competitiveness in order to cope with risks.As a scientific management method,standardized management can largely strengthen the standardization of the company's manufacturing,development,planning,administration and other aspects,in order to enhance the major competitiveness of companies.The implementation of standardized management is the inevitable choice for the power company to enhance its competitiveness.In this paper,taking Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company as an example,the author proposes a general idea of the power supply enterprise management standardization system,and establishes a standardized organizational security management system and the specific implementation of the system,through the use of relevant research results of standardized management,combining with the current reality of power supply enterprise standardization management and development characteristics of the power supply companies.Among them,the implementation of standardized management system is divided into three levels,namely the leadership department,workshop,team,and this paper proposes a corresponding manner and means of implementation.Then,according to the characteristics of the power supply enterprise management system standardization,the paper established a standardized management effectiveness evaluation system covering 10 indicators of three aspects--production management,quality management and document management.The standardization of management effectiveness evaluation system can evaluate the company's overall comprehensive standardized management capabilities to maintain the normal implementation of standardized management and operation.
