With the continuous improvement of China's economic development level,the logistics industry has gradually become one of the important industries in the national business,but most logistics companies have shown obvious problems such as low modernization,high logistics costs,and imperfect innovative logistics services..Make them difficult to survive in the competitive market,as a service-oriented industry should pay more attention to service innovation,and thus gain more competitive advantage.Innovation activities stem from innovative thinking and face the fast-paced modern market situation.The innovative atmosphere is a better environment for nurturing and developing innovative thinking.In the past two years,more scholars have begun to pay attention to the impact of innovation atmosphere on corporate performance.The innovation atmosphere mainly comes from within the enterprise.The enterprise is committed to creating a good atmosphere of innovation and has a great role in promoting the development and formation of employees'innovative thinking.However,many logistics companies are currently facing a state of lack of internal resources.This reminds logistics companies that they should also obtain favorable resources from external customers while focusing on internal incentives,dialectical transform and thus improve customer satisfaction.The behavior of customers participating in logistics activities is beneficial to the development of logistics enterprises' innovation activities.Through the combination of internal and external to build a network structure relationship diagram of customers participating in innovation activities centered on logistics enterprises,logistics enterprises can continuously obtain customer demand within this network structure system.,market demand and other information.Therefore,this paper chooses logistics enterprises as the research object,based on the background of open service innovation,research on the innovation atmosphere and customer participation can accelerate the pace of growth of logistics enterprises,whether the innovation atmosphere can contribute to the growth of logistics enterprises through the role of customer participation,that is,to explore Customer involvement in the impact of this important intermediary variable.The article mainly stimulates logistics companies to pay attention to the construction of innovation atmosphere and the importance of customer participation,and then pay attention to a series of service processes triggered by customers and innovation activities,and be inspired and guided.By reviewing a large amount of data and sorting out relevant literature,it is found that the current research on the atmosphere of innovation mainly includes innovative behaviors,innovative performances,etc.,and how the innovation atmosphere affects the dynamic growth of enterprises is less concerned.Modern enterprises not only pursue performance,but should proceed from a higher level.Develop enterprises,publicize enterprises,and recognize enterprises.Based on creativity theory,resource-based theory and service contact theory,this paper conducts a series of researches on logistics enterprises.Firstly,the reliability and validity of the questionnaires are compiled.Secondly,the innovation atmosphere,customer participation and logistics enterprises involved in the article Growth is analyzed for correlation,and finally a regression model is constructed to analyze the specific path that the innovation atmosphere affects the growth of logistics enterprises.Through theoretical elaboration and empirical analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:the dimensions of innovation atmosphere(work support,organizational incentives,relationship structure)can significantly accelerate the growth of logistics enterprises,and customer participation has partial mediation;various dimensions of innovation atmosphere(work support,Organizational various dimensions(responsible behavior,interaction and sharing)significantly promote the growth of logistics enterprises.Based on the statistical analysis,the research conclusions put forward corresponding management suggestions,attach importance to the creation of a good organizational innovation atmosphere,understand the true connotation of the innovation atmosphere,focus on the cooperation relationship with external resources,strive to improve the level of customer participation,and the customer is the total value of the enterprise.The founder should put it in an important position.This is conducive to the accurate positioning of logistics enterprises to develop and improve the direction,to establish a theoretical basis for the daily business activities of logistics enterprises,but also to provide a basis for logistics enterprises to develop a personalized system.
