In recent years,the KIBS in our country is developing rapidly,which plays an increasing important role in pushing the development of economy transition,industrial structure optimization and promotion of the proportion of green GDP.However,there is still a big gap compared with the developed countries.Facing of the New Normal,it is of great significance to promote the innovation and development of KIBS to achieve new development of our country at a highpoint.Nevertheless,KIBS innovation is a process full of uncertainty,while innovation is becoming more and more complex,which mainly embodied in KIBSinnovation that needs more and more involvement of knowledge,technology and resources.Completing a KIBS innovation involves more and more subjects as well as more and more complex relationship.All these have put forward the serious challenge to KIBS innovation.In order to improve KIBS innovation ability and also reduce the uncertainty of KIBS innovation,it is necessary to encouragemore innovation subject,also knownas the participation of internal and external stakeholders.Although stakeholder participation in service innovation has been paid numerous attentions by scholars both at home and abroad,the study in this flied is still in the initial stage.There are many deficiencies:the first problem is that the previous studies have basically only emphasized the importance of the single stakeholder on service innovation,so the research is quite scattered and the whole study of multi-stakeholders participation in KIBS innovation situation is still deficient.Although a few studies have begun to explore the field about service innovation involving multiple-stakeholder participation,all the studies are conducted theoretically rather than empirically.The second issue is for the service innovation model,the basic analysis angle is single,such as service innovation type,service innovation subject,service innovation process,while the studies through the depth case analysis to discuss the KIBS innovation pattern are scarce from double angle of the innovation process and the innovation subject stakeholder.The third problem is the internal mechanism of multi-stakeholders participation in service innovation performance has not been discussed yet in depth,and the influence mechanism of multiple-stakeholder participation on KIBS innovation performance has not been discussed specifically in the domestic context.The perspective of research still needs to be enlarged.Therefore,based on the relevant theoretical basis and the realistic background of KIBS innovation,this study takes financial service industry,information and communication service industry,business service industry,medical service industry,science and technology service industry as the main study subject,using the theories of marketing,sociology,organization and so on.First of all,the paper systematically combs and reviews the relevant literature on service innovation,stakeholder participation,relationship capital and knowledge integration,and expounds the deficiencies of current research;Secondly,it expounds that stakeholder participation is an important trend of KIBS innovation,and through the case study,analysis reveals the stakeholder participation pattern in the KIBS innovation process;Then the study constructs the conceptual model about the influence mechanism of stakeholder participation on KIBS innovation Performance,and proposes the hypothesis;At last,through large sample investigation,the research hypothesis is analyzed to clarify the influence of stakeholder participation on KIBS innovation performance,and the mediating effect of relationship capital and knowledge integration.The study is carried out comprehensively with the above four steps in sequence,and the main work and conclusions are as follows:First and foremost,different stakeholders participate in different stages of the KIBS innovation process with different mode.The senior management participates in all stages of service innovation,and shows the characteristic of leading participation in the whole process;different types of employees participate in different stages of service innovation,showing the characteristics of joint participation,interactive participation and feedback;different types of customers participate in the different stages of service innovation in the mode of interactive,symbolic and feedback;collaborators participate in the development stage of service innovation in the mode offull participate and interactive participation.The partners participate in the initial stage of the development process of service innovation in the mode of joint participation and interactive.Secondly,stakeholder participation has a positive impact on the short-term and long-term performance of service innovation.Conducting a questionnaire survey on stakeholders ' participation in service innovation projects,we have obtained a total of 330 effective questionnaires,and the approach of analytic hierarchy process was applied to test the hypothesis,with the results showing that the participation of different stakeholders,manager,customer and partner have positive effects whether on the short-term performance or long-term performance of service innovation.Among participants,managers'participation has the greatest impact on service innovation performance,followed by partner participation,employee participation and customer participation in that order.Thirdly,relationship capital and knowledge integration have positive effect on short-term and long-term performance of service innovation.Among these two aspects,the relationship capital has a greater impact on the long-term performance of service innovation,and knowledge integration has a greater impact on the short-term performance of service innovation.In addition,relational capital has a positive impact on knowledge integration.Fourthly,the stakeholder participation affects the service innovation performance by influencing the relationship capital and knowledge integration.It is found that the participationof employee,manager,customer and partner can promote short-term performance and long-term performance by influencing relational capital and knowledge integration.Compared with the existing research results,this paper mainly expand and deepen in the following three areas:(1)Research on KIBS innovation is from the perspective of multiple-stakeholders.Breaking through the base of single stakeholder participation research framework and based on the previous research,this study,according to stakeholder theory and service innovation driving force model,divides the dimension of stakeholder participation into 4 section,which are employee participation,manager participation,customer participation and partner participation.This study is aim to have a further study in the stakeholder participation model and its impact mechanism on innovation performance in KIBS innovation process from the perspective of taking the stakeholder as a whole.(2)This paper puts forward the theoretical framework of the influence of stakeholder participation on KIBS innovation performance.Starting from the practice of KIBS Enterprise innovation,this paper divides service innovation performance into short-term performance of service innovation and long-term performance of service innovation,and introduces two key ideas of relational capital and knowledge integration.This paper constructs a theoretical framework model involvingstakeholder participation,relational capital,knowledge integration and service innovation performance,and provides a new perspective on the relationship between stakeholder participation and service innovation performance.At the same time,through the in-depth empirical analysis of stakeholder participation in the impact of service innovation performance mechanism,this paper reveals the mechanism and the influence of the essential process of stakeholder participation onservice innovation performance,demonstrating the mediating role of relationship capital and knowledge integration,whilewalk through the relationship net between stakeholder participation and service innovation performance to conduct an momentous supplement of the research on service innovation,stakeholder,relational capital and knowledge integration.(3)Analyze the stakeholder participation model in the KIBS innovation process in details.The model of stakeholder participation is divided into Symbolic participation mode,Feedback participatory mode,Interactive participation model,Co-participatory mode and Leading participation model.Using the method of case study,this paper analyzes the participating models and roles of various stakeholders in various stages of KIBS innovation from microcosmic level to attain a more integrated overview of stakeholder involvement in KIBS innovation.
