Study On The Construction Of Tax Credit System In Anhui Province

Strengthening the construction of the social credit system is the important foundation of perfecting the socialist market economy system,and the sound social credit system is one of the important signs of the maturity of the market economy,which is an important means of transforming the functions of the government.It is also an important embodiment of the degree of social civilization.The construction of the tax credit system is an important part of the construction of the city's social credit system,and the quality of the tax credit directly reflects the social credit situation of a country.A sound tax credit system is beneficial to reduce the cost of taxation,improve the efficiency of collection and administration,promote the harmonious collection and payment relationship,optimize the business environment,and promote the development of market economy.In recent years,the construction of Anhui tax credit system has made some achievements,such as optimizing the tax payment credit evaluation mechanism,establishing the tax illegal "blacklist" system,perfecting the tax payment credit reward and punishment mechanism,and raising the cost of breaking the promise.Deterring tax violations and further helping to build a social credit system.But there are also some problems,for example,the construction of tax credit system is not in place,the input is insufficient,the supporting construction is not perfect and so on.This paper further analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the construction of tax credit system in Anhui Province,including the lag in the construction of tax credit legislation and the imperfection of tax credit evaluation mechanism.The external environment of the construction of tax credit system is not suitable and the tax credit supervision system is not perfect.Through summarizing the experience of foreign developed countries in the construction and development of tax credit system,combining with the current development situation of Anhui Province,From the aspects of perfecting the legal system of tax credit,perfecting the evaluation system of tax credit,strengthening the construction of tax credit supervision system and cultivating the good external environment of the construction of tax credit system,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the construction of tax credit system in Anhui Province.Discussion.
