As the critical link of market economy,the credit industry plays an important role in the social and economic development.The overseas developed countries andthe domestic developed areas have formed the relatively complete operation mechanism and development system after a long period of time.The Fujian Province takes effects as the bellwether in the Chinese economic development,the development of credit system is a matter of great urgency.After several years of development,the credit industry in the Fujian Province has made amazing progress and development,but there are still some issues such as laws and regulations lag,the lack of effective punishment mechanism,the malfunctions of government,the short of professionals and so forth.A series of problems and short slab has become a bottleneck for restricting the construction of the-credit system and for social and economic development in Fujian Province?With the development status and existing problems of the credit industry in Fujian Province,the paper introduces the research background,significance and thecurrent situation in domestic and overseas,and summarizes the related concepts involved with the credit system.On the basis of the comparison of the development course of the developed countries and the domestic developed provinces,the essay puts forward the existent problems and their causes of the credit industry in Fujian Province at the present stage,and referring to the experience from the developed areas of the credit industry aboard and domestic,it proposes the construction content,the development models,principles and paths,which also renders political suggestions aiming at the existing problems in the policy recommendations.
