A Study On Anhui Agricultural Development Bank Credit Support For Anhui Grain Production

Agricultural production is the national economic base of every country in the world,but food production is the lifeblood of the national economy that it plays a vital role in the country's economic development and social stability.Although the total grain output of China showed a gratifying phenomenon of "Twelve Even Increases" in the period of 2003 to 2015,the rapid increase in population and demand for grain made the unbalance situation of the total supply and demand of grain production.According to authoritative statistics show that China's the total demand is higher 3.52 million tons than the total supply of grain in 2010,as this demand and supply of grain gap has reached 20 million tons on the end of 2015.With the development of China's economy and the increase of population,the gap between total supply and total demand of grain will continue to rise.At this time,I f the government can find a way to improve the comprehensive production capacity of grain from the macroeconomic level,it is of great significance to food security and social stability.At present,China's agricultural infrastructure is relatively weak,the comparative benefits of agricultural products and food products is relatively low,in order to fundamentally solve the problem of lagging agriculture and grain development,the State Council specially establishment the Agricultural Development Bank of China by the policy of financial institutions to support agricultural development,and it agents of the state government to finance the allocation of funds for agriculture.Food security is related to 1.3 billion population of rice bowl of China,Anhui Province as China's "central granary",in improving the national grain production and protection of national food security shoulder a very important historical mission.Anhui Province Agricultural Development Bank as a policy bank to support the development of agricultural,it has been the food production and food security as the top priority in the work of the line.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the impact of agricultural credit and capital investment on the grain production capacity of Anhui Province.This article is targeted the status of Anhui Agricultural Development Bank to support food production in Anhui Province,based on the theoretical thinking of policy finance to support agricultural development,using the method of empirical analysis,depth study of the impact of Anhui Province Agricultural Development Bank support grain production in Anhui.The main contents of the paper include:1.First of all,domestic andforeign literature on food production and credit support for food production were summarized.2.Secondly,the policy function and development status of Anhui Agricultural Development Bank and the situation of grain production in Anhui Province from 1995 to2015 were systematically expounded,and the mode of grain production and credit funds in Anhui Province were supported by Anhui Agricultural Development Bank credit the situation was discussed in detail.3.Thirdly,through the empirical analysis,the paper analyzes the influence of grain extension credit in Anhui province on grain production in Anhui province.The empirical results show that: the input of agricultural credit in Anhui Province has a high positive impact on the total grain output in Anhui Province,and this positive promotion will become more and more important with the development of economy.4.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is put forward and some policy suggestions are put forward to support the Anhui grain production in Anhui Province.
