With the development of China’s rural economy, great development has taken place in rural fiance, as the main force in rural finance, rural credit cooperatives are playing a more and more important role.Because of the improvement of people’s living standards,the demands on rural financial products and services become more and more diversified and personalized.meanwhile,China attaches great importance to "agriculture, rural areas and farmers"issues and strongly support them,which makes some new type of financial institutions enter into counties and districts,like rural banks, postal savings, small loan companies.Along with the changes of economy pattern and the financial industry competition mechanism,rural credit cooperatives are facing more opportunities as well as greater challenges.This thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is introduction, which mainly includes the research background, significance, etc.The second chapter includes relative theories for the competitiveness of rural credit cooperatives.which mainly explains an overview of rural credit cooperatives,the theory of competitiveness and the concept of competitiveness of rural credit cooperatives,which also systematically cleans up the corresponding research results of competitiveness and rural credit cooperatives both at home and abroad,to provide theoretical support for further analysis.The third chapter describes the development history and competitive analysis of rural credit cooperatives in Anhui Province,we expound the problems from the angle of historical development,which includes the developing situation of rural credit cooperatives in Anhui province,analysis of competition environment,specific introduction of the value chain of rural credit cooperatives in Anhui province, the application of the index system of rural credit cooperatives in Anhui province,based on the value chain analysis,of competitiveness of rural credit cooperatives in Anhui province. The forth chapter expounds the problems existing in the rural credit cooperatives in Anhui province.Through the comparative analysis and analysis of its own development process between the four aspects of value chain mentioned in the previous chapter, human resources, product services, risk management and corporate culture and the agricultural development bank of China, Anhui branch, agricultural bank of China Anhui branch, the postal savings bank of China, Anhui branch analysis.this thesis tries to find the drawbacks of rural credit cooperatives in Anhui province.The fifth chapter elaborate the countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of rural credit cooperatives in Anhui province.In this thesis comprehensive promotion strategies of rural credit cooperatives in Anhui province are put forward from the four aspects, the human resources, product service innovation, risk management and corporate culture. The sixth chapter is the conclusion and the prospect of the future.The possible innovation part of this thesis:first, in the research perspectives and methods,the method of historical evolution to deeply research development history of rural credit cooperatives in Anhui province is adopted.Second, on the competitiveness theory of the value chain, a model is constructed which is in line with the competitiveness ofrural credit cooperatives in Anhui province.Third,it takes rural credit cooperatives and other financial institutions in Anhui province as an example to make a deep comparative study.Forth, the research in this paper has a certain reference significance for the development of rural credit cooperatives in other provinces.meanwhile,it replenishes theoretical researches of regional economic development to a certain extent.
