In the face of the increasingly competitive enterprise environment,it is imperative to improve the quality of employees.The training is an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality of the employees,which is a good medicine for enterprises to stand in the invincible position in the fierce competition.Therefore,the staff training is of great significance to enhance the enterprise's competitiveness.JF company is mainly engaged in the design,manufacture,sales and service of the micro-motor.Over the years,the problems arising from the rapid development of the enterprise are also becoming more and more prominent,such as the loss rate of the internal staff,the shortage of high-quality talents,the high production and operation costs,which have affected the development of the enterprise.However,the enterprise training system is not mature,which exists many problems,can't meet the needs of the current company's development.This topic is mainly based on the training system of JF,and through the analysis of the training status of the company,an effective optimization strategy is put forward to build an effective training system,to improve the training quality of the employees,and to meet the needs of the development of the company.Based on the theory of employee training,this paper analyzes the current training situation of grassroots employees in JF company.Through literature review,research,questionnaire survey and other methods,it analyzes the current status of JF company's training system and finds the existing problems of its training system:the manager has insufficient attention to the training work,the staff's awareness of the training work is not sufficient,the training effect evaluation is weak,the training duty is not clear,and the related training system is lacking.According to the current existing problems of JF training system,this article has classified them.In combination with the practical situation of the company,based on the optimization of the company's organizational structure,skill training process,induction training of craftsman spirit and evaluation of training effect,a sound training theory is established as a guide to improve the quality of personnel training,and constantly enhance the company's brand and market competitiveness.
