| Development zones,as a key area of rapid and efficient development of economy,plays an irreplaceable role in economic development and is an important growth pole of urban development.However,it has many problems including unclear functional positioning similar industrial structure and land management chaos,nonstandard land use and so on,which have caused low efficiency of land use to a certain extent.Therefore,for the development and utilization of the development zone again,inefficient use of land,explore the establishment of a new way of the stock of land use,establish a new model of inefficient land use,the development of space released a comprehensive development zone,development zone to improve the update of landscape pattern,it is of great significance to improve the quality of development zone.The general situation of domestic and foreign scholars on the research of urban development zone is summarized in recent years.According to the related academic research,the connotation of the inefficient land use in the development zone is formerly defined,and how to identify it is given.Through on-the-spot investigation research,the depth of the Department and Economic Development Zone in Guangde,Anhui enterprises,state park land use survey part of industrial enterprise,the survey data for statistical analysis;inefficient land use status and characteristics are described.The analysis of the Development Zone land use causes inefficient management,inefficient use of potential calculation;the structure of the potential and intensity of land intensive use potential development area.After preliminary statistics,Anhui Economic Development Zone,the existing urban development and transformation of the need to use a total of 51 inefficient land,covering an area of about 4006 mu,which can be re developed land area of about 2777.7 mu of low efficiency.Through the development of inefficient land redevelopment in China on the basis of analysis of the influencing factors,on behalf of other development zones of inefficient land exploitation and utilization mode,combined with the actual situation of Guangde Economic Development Zone in Anhui,proposed the introduction of inefficient land use standards,the implementation of differentiated management;the establishment of inefficient land exit mechanism;supply system reform for industrial use;benefit sharing,encourage enterprises to independent development,joint development;strengthen credit support;promote the park industrial upgrading;strengthening the development and utilization of incentive measures of inefficient land development policy recommendations.Through the research and analysis,we can realize the redevelopment of inefficient land use,and it is necessary for the development of Anhui Economic Development Zone in Guangde under the new situation,especially the economical and intensive utilization of land resources. |
