As China enters a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the mode of economic development has changed from high-speed growth to high-quality development,the country is continuously pushing forward the deepening of structural reforms on the supply side,making sustained efforts to " consolidate,strengthen,enhance and unblock" and moving forward towards the overall goal of building a modern economic system.It provides a rare opportunity for the development of China's financial industry.And,China's commercial banks to establish and perfect a scientific and efficient financial strategy management mode,formulate and implement a financial strategy that not only conforms to the national financial development policy but also reflects the needs of the bank's own asset value growth,is a key link for China's commercial banks to grasp and make good use of this histor ical opportunity period and promote their sustained and healthy development.Internal control,as the effective way for commercial banks to improve their financial strategy management level,is of great significance in scientific formulation of financial strategy,efficient operation of financial strategy and reasonable control of financial strategy.However,judging from the current situation of China's commercial banks' financial strategic management,the relevant internal control system construction of commercial banks is still imperfect,and the phenomenon of " valuing scale and neglecting quality" still exists in the management and operation of commercial banks' credit assets,which not only has a negative impact on their own profitability and asset management,but also weakens the implementation effect of national financial policies in the financial industry.Therefore,China's commercial banks should establish and perfect the internal control system in order to really promote them to improve their financial strategic management level and achieve win-win results in national economic development,industrial transformation and upgrading and their sustained and healthy development.Based on it,this paper selects the perspective of internal control to conduct applied research on the financial strategic management of commercial banks in China.First of all,through combing the domestic and foreign literatures,it clearly defines the concept of financial strategic management of commercial banks and the main contents of internal control theory,and elaborates the necessity and main contents of the combination of financial strategic management and internal control of commercial banks in detail.Then,from the perspective of internal control,taking H Bank as an example,the paper comprehensively and systematically analyzes the internal control problems existing in the financial strategic management of H Bank,and according to the problems in the case analysis,puts forward relevant suggestions from two aspects of perfecting the general framework of financial strategic management of H Bank,and strengthening the specific countermeasures of financial strategic management,which plays a promoting role in further improving the internal control system of financial strategic management of commercial banks in China and improving the level of financial strategic management.This paper is divided into seven parts to study the financial strategy management of H Bank from the perspective of internal control.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,sorts out the related research on financial strategic management and internal control at home and abroad,and puts forward the research content,research ideas,research methods,innovation points and research deficiencies on the basis of literature review.The second part is the basic theory of financial strategic management of commercial banks from the perspective of internal control.Firstly,it introduces the theory of implementing financial strategic management in commercial banks and the internal control theory related to financial strategic management.Then it introduces the necessity and main contents of the combination of financial strategic manageme nt and internal control.The third part is the general situation of commercial banks' financial strategic management and the application of internal control theory.Based on literature review and research analysis,this part systematically summarizes the development status and current situation of commercial banks' financial strategic management,and analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by commercial banks' financial strategic management.Then,further elaborated the internal control theory in the commercial bank financial strategy management application.The fourth part is the research on the current situation of H Bank's financial strategic management.First of all,it introduces H Bank and its current management situation in financial strategy formulation and financial strategy operation.On this basis,it evaluates H Bank's financial strategy management.Then,from the perspective of internal control,this paper studies and analyzes the financial strategic management of bank h from the perspectives of system design,personnel composition,information communication,information system construction and fund activity management,so as to fully explain the current situation of the financial strategic management of bank h in the construction of internal control.The fifth part is the analysis of the problems existing in the financial strategic management of H Bank and their causes from the perspective of internal control.First of all,through the above summary and analysis,the problems existing in H Bank's financial strategic management are summarized.Then,from the perspective of internal control,the causes of the problems in its financial strategic management are deeply revealed.The sixth part is the suggestion of strengthening H Bank's financial strategic management from the perspective of internal control.Starting from two aspects of perfecting the general framework of financial strategic management of H Bank and strengthening the specific countermeasures of H Bank's financial strategic management,this paper puts forward relevant improvement suggestions to help H Bank to comprehensively improve the level of financial strategic management and improve the internal control system related to financial strategic management,so as to promote the scientific formulation and efficient operation o f financial strategy of H Bank.The seventh part is the conclusion.Through the application research of H Bank's financial strategic management from the perspective of internal control,it summarizes and draws a total of three research conclusions.
