Research On Enterprise Cost Control Based On The New Retail Model

Retail industry is one of the pillar industries of China's economic development,and it is also a fast-growing industry.In recent years,China's economic development has maintained a steady momentum.With the continuous improvement of people's purchasing power and consumption level,China's retail enterprises have gained new vitality.Under this background,the concept of "new retail" has appeared.However,in recent years,the increasing number of new retail enterprises has led to increasing competition among rivals,coupled with rising prices,these problems undoubtedly hinder the development of new retail enterprises.On the other hand,China's new retail enterprises have not paid enough attention to cost control,and lack experience in cost control of new retail.They can not effectively control costs to improve the efficiency of enterprises so as to improve their competitive advantages.Therefore,it is necessary to study the problems of cost control of new retail enterprises in China and put forward solutions.This paper takes the cost control problems encountered in the development of China's new retail enterprises as the background,and takes Yonghui Supermarket as the case study object.Through the combination of case analysis and theoretical analysis,this paper deeply studies the cost control problems existing in China's new retail enterprises.This paper mainly uses three research methods: literature analysis,case analysis and quantitative analysis,then search and collect the financial data of Yonghui Supermarket in the past five years,and deeply analyses the annual changes and trends of the cost indicators.It shows that the new retail enterprises meet many problems in the process of cost control,such as huge investment in early stage,scarcity of talents and high cost of logistics system construction,then put forward the new solving ideas and solutions for China's new retail enterprises and provide a reference of China's new retail enterprises.
