As a kind of traditional industry,the real retail industry plays an irreplaceable role in the rapid development of China's economy,but with the arrival of the Internet era,China's real retail industry is facing a great historical test in history.The rise of e-commerce and the change of consumer shopping concept have caused the real economy to decline continuously,the efficiency of traditional organizational structure is becoming more and more low,the lack of vitality within the organization,the high loss of outstanding talents and so on are all pushing the development of the real retail industry under the impetus of the new economic era.In order to solve the outstanding problems in the real retail industry and ensure the long-term and healthy development of the whole industry,all parties in the industry are also actively exploring and seeking solutions.Among them,the effect of partner system as a new type of enterprise governance is particularly remarkable.The transformation from traditional employment mode to modern cooperative labor mode has become a kind of soft power in the process of participating in market competition in the new era.According to the research of partner system,it is of great significance to supplement the relevant theoretical research foundation and provide reference and reference for the practice of enterprises,to help the entity retail enterprises to break out of the predicament,to strengthen their own strength,to obtain the advantage of value creation and to realize the leapfrog development.Taking Yonghui supermarket partner system as the research object,this paper studies the concrete application of the management idea of partner system sharing cooperative thinking in activating the organizational vitality of the real retail industry and promoting the organizational structure reform.By using the methods of literature research,case study and quantitative analysis,this paper first studies and summarizes the relevant theories of partner system and value creation at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the positive influence of partner system on Yonghui supermarket in terms of organizational structure,personnel vitality and financial performance,and discusses the strategic significance of partner system for Yonghui supermarket development.Finally,according to the deep analysis of the partner system ofYonghui supermarket,the partner system is evaluated in the aspect of enterprise value creation from the perspective of human capital use and system change innovation.The results show that the application of partner system is in line with the current trend of the use of human capital in the present era.Combining the idea of sharing and development can make enterprises obtain better and more stable human resources,optimize the internal structure of enterprises,lay the foundation for enterprises to create value and obtain continuous competitive advantage.
