The overall performance level of listed companies reflects its financial situation and operating results within a certain period of time.It is the main basis for assessing the value of enterprises and formulating company development strategies,reflecting the interests of enterprises in all aspects.With the development of social economy,the competition between companies becomes more and more fierce,and how can enterprises establish themselves in the market,how to improve the performance of enterprises has become a matter of concern to every company,and company operators need to evaluate the performance of enterprises and clarify their position.Then find out the shortcomings of the enterprise,formulate a targeted management strategy to improve the level of corporate performance.With the increasing scale of the chemical and pharmaceutical industry,chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises have gradually formed different types of business models.One is the ordinary business model of independent R&D,production and sales,and the other is contract outsourcing enterprises.,referred to as CDMO business model,This article takes CDMO business model representative enterprises,Zhejiang Jiuzhou Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.as the research object,selected 35 pharmaceutical enterprises with different business models as a comparative analysis sample,based on the financial statements of 2015-2017,according to the performance evaluation theory,the construction of pharmaceutical industry performance evaluation comprehensive indicator system,It consists of 19 indicators that reflect financial performance,business performance,and social performance.Taking the entropy method as the evaluation method,the data of each indicator is obtained based on the Sina Finance and chice database.The results show that the performance of Jiuzhou pharmaceutical industry and enterprises with independent R&D,production and sales business model are integrated and ranked,and then the performance evaluation and analysis are carried out from the perspective of different business models of pharmaceutical enterprises to explore whether the performance level of enterprises under different business models is different.Discover the advantages and disadvantages of Jiuzhou Pharmaceutical Industry and put forward suggestions for improvement.From the comparative analysis conclusions,it is reflected that Jiuzhou Pharmaceutical has poor profitability,poor accounts receivable management ability,unstable growth rate,and relatively small investment in R&D and social donations.There are deficiencies in businessperformance and social performance.Among them,the problems of profitability and growth ability are mainly caused by the instability of CDMO business development in Jiuzhou Pharmaceutical in recent years.Therefore,this paper puts forward suggestions for the problems existing in Jiuzhou Pharmaceutical.In order to provide reference for the improvement of the enterprise performance and the development of the pharmaceutical industry under theCDMO business model.
