| In recent years, with the continuous development of the economic and medical healthservices, the pharmaceutical industry has developed rapidly to become the most potential forinvestment and plays an increasingly important role as one of the top ten industries in Chinaafter the banking and oil industries in the national economy. Therefore, whether thepharmaceutical industry develops healthily and orderly or not is increasingly becoming thefocus of the national attention. At the same time,with the continuous development andimprovement of the way of the progress of enterprise management and enterpriseperformance evaluation theory, the traditional evaluation of corporate financial performancedue to the one-sidedness of the evaluation and unity has been unable to meet the needs ofenterprise development, and the performance evaluation of the financial strategy is just tomake up this defect of the traditional financial performance evaluation, been paid more andmore enterprises’ attention. Financial strategy performance evaluation of the listedpharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises is focus on their core competitiveness shaping andculture, which has a very important significance for their long-term development.The whole paper is divided into five parts to conduct financial strategic performanceanalysis and evaluation on the listed pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises in China. Thefirst part is an introduction, including the background and significance of the topics in thisarticle,focusing on related concepts of experts and scholars in the domestic and abroad for theperformance evaluation of corporate financial strategy analysis, evaluation, research andevaluation methods. The second part of the article, we detail description of the relevant theory,including the theory of strategic management, financial management theory and systemtheory, on this basis, we give the study framework of financial strategy performanceevaluation of the listed pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises. The third part, we finallydetermine a financial strategy of performance evaluation model by analyzing the influencingfactors of their strategic financial performance, designing the indicator systems of theirfinancial strategic performance, with the method of factor analysis which screens the indexsystem for streamline, and determining the evaluation method of calculation of the factoranalysis and entropy method. The fourth part is the survey and the empirical analysis of thefinancial strategic performance of the listed pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises. In this section, we analysis their status and characteristics of the listed pharmaceutical manufacturingenterprises with the method of factor analysis and entropy, which combines the weights ofevaluation indexes and the composite score of the listed pharmaceutical manufacturingenterprises, and then analysis the results. Part V，we find out the main impact of financialstrategic performance of the listed pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises and their overallfinancial situation on the basis of analyzing the results, and last put forward the protectionmechanism of the financial strategic performance.This paper conducts financial strategic performance evaluation studies on the listedpharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises, pays close attention on the company’s corecompetitiveness and establishes a more comprehensive financial strategic performanceevaluation system, to identify the key corporate financial strategic performance factors of thelisted pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises and overall financial strategic situationthrough empirical analysis, proposing effective advices and strategies for their healthy andsustainable development. Its immediate purpose is to enhance the financial strategicperformance of the listed pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise, its ultimate aim is topromote their healthy and sustainable development. |
