Evaluation Of Comprehensive Carrying Capacity Of Land In Coastal Areas Of Fujian Province

As the dominating areas of economic development in Fujian Province,the coastal areas of Fujian Province have seen rapid population growth in recent years with the rapid development of the social economy.Land use is increasingly influenced by human activities.Limited land resources are increasingly unable to satisfy the huge demand for land for economic activities in the human society.The conflict among the swift urbanization process,the augmentation of the urban population and the shortage of urban land resources has become increasingly acute.However,land resources have always been the material basis for survival and development in human production and lives,while having natural attributes,it also contains certain economic attributes,and it is also an important bearing medium for regional development and construction.Because land resources are very limited,human beings should make scientific and rational use of land resources,prohibit abuse and overuse,protect land resources to the maximum extent,and maintain the function of self renewal of land resources so as to truly realize the sustainable use of land resources in a real sense.Therefore,it is of great significance to scientifically evaluate and study the comprehensive land carrying capacity of Fujian coastal areas,formulate land use control management policies for the future development of coastal areas in Fujian,determine the direction and type of development,and meet the requirements of sustainable healthy development of society,economy,water and land resources,and the ecological environment,achieving the harmony and mutual promotion of social development and natural resources of the land.On the basis of relevant research at home and abroad,this paper adopts analytic hierarchy process method,principal component analysis method and comprehensive index method to study 6 cities(Fuzhou,Xiamen,Putian,Quanzhou,Zhangzhou,and Ningde)along the coast of Fujian Province.To collect the statistical data from 2005 to 2015,take the regional sustainable development as the target,select the 4 sub-systems(soil and water resources,ecological environment,social and economic bearing subsystem)which affect the land comprehensive carrying capacity of the 6 coastal areas of Fujian province to establish a comprehensive evaluation system,and determine the weight of each evaluation index,and calculate the weight of each evaluation index.The comprehensive index value of 26 indexes of land comprehensive carrying capacity evaluation system is obtained.Based on the point of view of time process,the development trend and carrying level of land comprehensive carrying capacity in the study area from 2005 to 2015 are analyzed,and the coordinated development degree of 4 bearing subsystems of soil and water resources,society,economy and ecological environment in the study area is further studied.Find the restrictive factors that affect the sustainable and healthy development of coastal cities.Over the spatial scale,I explore the degree of spatial disparity of each city under the 4 factors of land and water resources,society,economy and ecological environment in the comprehensive land carrying capacity of 6 cities along the coast of Fujian Province in 2015,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the respective regions.According to the different distribution of resources in each region and the differences in influencing factors,I have put forward targeted suggestions for improving the comprehensive carrying capacity of land in 6 cities along the coast of Fujian Province.
