Evaluation Of Comprehensive Land Bearing Capacity Of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone

Land is the material basis of human survival and development,which is of great significance to human survival,economic development and social progress.With the the high-speed development of economy and the rapid urbanization,human demand for land resources is expanding,but the limited and non-renewable of land resources makes increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand of land.At the same time,the extensive and excessive exploitation and utilization of land resources further aggravate the contradiction between the supply and demand of land resources,and the land issues become the bottleneck affecting and restricting the social and economic development.Therefore,the study on the comprehensive carrying capacity of land has become an important part of sustainable development research.From the soil and water resources carrying capacity,ecological carrying capacity,social resource carrying capacity and economy carrying capacity of the 4 support subsystem,the establishment of the land comprehensive carrying capacity evaluation index system of Shandong Pe ninsula Blue Economic Zone,and 27 evaluation indexes were selected.Using the combination weighting method and multi-objective comprehensive evaluation model,the land subsystem and comprehensive carrying capacity of Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone in limiting factor,temporal and spatial difference from 2007 to 2014 were evaluated.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The comprehensive carrying capacity of 7 cities in Shandong peninsula the Blue Economic Zone in 2007 had different degrees of improvement compared to 2014,and showed the overall upward trend in the time series,but after 2011,the growth rate of land comprehensive capacity of the other city growth is slowing besides Dongying C ity.The tendencies of ecological carrying capacity,soc ial resource carrying capacity and economy carrying capacity were consistent and,the soil and water resources carrying capacity showed the overall downward trend besides Dongying C ity.(2)The land comprehensive carrying capacity of the 7 cities were divided into 3 grades,grade?with high carrying capacity,including Dongying C ity,Weihai C ity,grade ? with middle carrying capacity,including Q ingdao C ity,Yantai C ity,and grade ? with low carrying capacity,including Rizhao C ity,Binzhou C ity,Weifang C ity.The land comprehensive carrying capacity of the eastern cities are higher than those of the western cities in the research area.(3)The obstacle factors mainly include the GDP growth rate,per capita GDP,and coordination,construction land per capita,the per capita arable land area and land are GDP,the intensity of land development,the wetland area,the proportion of per capita water resources,population density etc..Finally,according to the conclusions,some countermeasures of improving the land comprehensive carrying capacity are put forward,such as enhancing the economic growth rate and intensification of land utilization,decreasing the proportion of primary industry to total GDP,energy conservation,emission reduction,etc.
