Comparative Analysis Of Management Models:Chinese And Russian Manufacturing Enterprises

China and Russia are both big countries in the world.With the development and growth of Chinese manufacturing enterprises,the development mode of manufacturing enterprises in China has shifted from labor-intensive type to technical support type.At present,Chinese enterprises are constantly introducing more suitable western management methods and high-quality management talents,hoping to find a development mode that is more suitable for the development of enterprises and serve the production of enterprises.There is still a lot of room for improvement in the development mode of enterprises.The strategic cooperation bet'ween China and Russia is all-dimensional,including both the national level and the level of business management.Understanding each other's business management model is the foundation of economic cooperation.Therefore,this paper studies this problem.Firstly,based on the related concepts of enterprise management mode,this paper makes a specific analysis of the management mode of manufacturing enterprises in China and Russia,including the basic environment and development process of manufacturing enterprises,as well as the management modes of large,small and micro enterprises.Second,the manufacturing enterprise management mode of similarities and differences of the comparative analysis between China and Russia,including the mode of manufacturing enterprise development environment,manufacturing enterprises management between detailed analysis on the similarities and differences between the two countries manufacturing enterprise management mode of similarities reflected in management,personnel management system,enterprise development strategy differences reflected in the enterprise internal management system,management system,enterprise culture etc.;Difference and,finally,in view of the manufacturing enterprise management mode of thought in the manufacturing enterprise management mode of revelation is to perfect management system,adjust the development strategy,Russia enlightenment of manufacturing enterprise management mode is to improve the management environment,shaping corporate culture,suggested that manufacturing enterprises need to implement the strategic cooperation between the two countries,meet the market demand and development of joint venture.By comparing and learning from the management modes of manufacturing enterprises in China and Russia,it is helpful to learn from each other,promote understanding and communication,enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises in the two countries,and achieve win-win development.
