Evaluation And Improvement Research Of Logistics Service Quality In D Electronic Commerce Distribution Center

Nowadays,the rapid development of electronic commerce is affecting enterprise and individuals in all aspects.How to provide good logistics services and how to evaluate the quality of logistics services are related to the long-term development of distribution centers.Due to the lack of scientific methods,D distribution center can not carry out the evaluation of logistics service quality.The management of the logistics process in distribution center is not systematic.Customers often complain because of the inadequate logistics service provided.Therefore,the establishment of logistics service quality evaluation index system and evaluation model for D distribution center has a strong scientific basis and practical significance.This paper investigates the status of the organizational structure,logistics system and business process of D distribution center,tries to find out the important evaluation indexes and establish the corresponding evaluation index system.Through the design of questionnaire,this paper obtains logistics service quality survey data.This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the logistics service quality of the distribution center,puts forward the strategy of improving the logistics service quality of D distribution center and verifies the effect of improvement.It has a long-term significance of this research and the development of D e-commerce distribution center itself.It helps to understand the general structure of logistics service quality in the distribution center.It can help the distribution center to establish a more perfect logistics service management system.It can also provide reference value for the distribution center to formulate logistics service quality improvement strategy and improve logistics service level.
