Flower nursery stock industry is an important part of modern agriculture cluster in China.With the development of the times and the improvement of living standards,people living and living environment requirements are getting higher and higher,community,parks and other green levels are constantly improving,the community for the growing demand for flower seedlings.With the continuous development of flower nursery stock industry,its drawbacks are increasingly apparent,China's flower nursery enterprises have a low degree of organization,competition,which also limits the development of flower nursery stock to a certain extent.China therefore introduced a variety of policies for the chaotic flower market,to support and guide the development of specialized nursery stock market,and market-oriented operation.How to improve the quality of service in the market after the establishment of the trading platform of the flower nursery stock market,how to attract the flower business,and keep the flower business,is the specialized flower nursery stock market need to think about the problem.However,the research on the service quality of the trading platform of the nursery stock industry is rare and there is not a complete set of effective quality of service measurement system,which is based on the evaluation of the quality of service.Foreign scholars Parasuraman,Zeithaml and Berry proposed the SERVQUAL scale,due to good applicability,it is widely used in various fields,has been recognized by many scholars.Based on the study of the characteristics of the Strait Flower Distribution Center,five scales of PQB's SERVQUAL scale were used as the research basis,and the scale was improved from the characteristics of the Strait Flower Distribution Center.Out of China's national conditions for the flower trading platform for the quality of service evaluation scale.According to the SERVQUAL scale and the actual situation of the management service of the Straits Flower Collection and Distribution Center,this paper designs the index system for its service quality evaluation.Then,taking the service quality of Straits Flower Collection Center as the demonstration object,the relevant data of market service quality were collected through field investigation,and the service quality of each part of Strait Flower Collection and Distribution Center was analyzed by SERVQUAL model.Finally,based on the results of empirical research,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the service quality of Strait Flower Collection and Distribution Center.At the end of this paper,the research is summarized,and the limitations of the research and the limitations of this paper are discussed.
