With the rapid development of economic globalization, China’s participation in international trade more and more enterprises and products in exports as a growth trend, establish and develop the modern logistics system, is not only guarantee the need of import and export trade transportation in China, and further improve the market competitive advantage in international trade logistics industry. In recent years, under the central government to the logistics industry development guidance, logistics industry listed as one of "top ten revitalization industries" in our country. Logistics park as a product of the development of the logistics intensive consideration, many provinces and cities will be the construction of logistics park as one of the important strategies of the logistics industry development, and the planning and implementation, form a complete set of supporting policies formulated the related industry. The construction of logistics park in promoting regional economic development, logistics resources integration, improve logistics service efficiency, improve the urban environment plays an important role. But there’s still a lot of logistics park construction in China exist "attaches great importance to the hardware construction, ignore the service management", affected the play of the role of logistics park, logistics park service quality improvement is needed.This article adopts the research method of theory combining with the actual to lianjin port logistics center as an example, from the perspective of the park as a whole, restrictive factors of tianjin port logistics center service quality summary analysis, and gives the countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the quality of logistics service.
