A Study Distribution Center Of Cold-chain Logistics Performance Evaluation Based On Quality Management

With the increase of demand for fresh seafood in our country, requirement for the quality of fresh seafood, makes cold storage is necessary, the rapid development of cold-chain logistics become growth pole of the logistics industry development in our country, the distribution center as the cold-chain logistics supply chain on one of the most important node, its development directly affects the development of cold chain logistics industry. Performance evaluation as evaluation organization development effective means of science, the operating process of distribution center has a strong suitability evaluation, will benefit the further improvement of distribution center.Organization performance evaluation system in current China mainly on cost, efficiency as the main content, i.e., according to the maximum profit as a standard to measure the performance, also becomes the key to each related organization competition. But such a evaluation method of performance evaluation is a lot of hidden faults, because in addition to quantitative indicators, there are a lot of qualitative indicators is the profit cannot be measured. So to establish the new performance evaluation system, comprehensive and accurately to measure of organizational performance, continuously improve business level, enhance the overall strength, is imperative. Based on this reality, this article through to the domestic and foreign research status were analyzed, and based on predecessor’s experiences and lessons, and cold chain logistics distribution center functions and business processes, based on quality management methods, establish a scientific performance evaluation system. And use of each individual business level and the distribution center of business process performance as a result, by using the related method of quality management on the performance for further improvement.On the methods of research, the quantitative performance evaluation of commonly used analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry on the analysis, combined with the method of expert will be filtered all indicators, excluding smaller effect index, the performance evaluation index system is determined. Then select a distribution center, and got a certain data, and to evaluate its performance, the evaluation method for the inspection. Got the aspects in need of improvement. After the local improvement, using the method of total quality management and six sigma management of distribution center’s overall performance for continuous improvement.Cold-chain logistics distribution center, the author of this paper, the preliminary performance evaluation index system is established, for later to this aspect research provides a basic reference, in order to establish cold chain logistics of the entire supply chain performance evaluation index system for a node to support data, in order to promote our country made the basic contributions to the development of cold chain logistics.
