Research On The Evaluation Index System For The Selection Of Medical Logistics Service Providers

The high price of medicine is directly related to the lagging development of medical logistics.In recent years,along with the implementation of the new medical reform,the pharmaceutical logistics industry has achieved rapid development,prompting the breaking of the monopoly pattern of pharmaceutical distribution,accelerating the competition between pharmaceutical logistics enterprises and providing more choices for pharmaceutical enterprises.In order to better promote the development of the pharmaceutical industry,it is necessary to put forward the choice of logistics service providers suitable for pharmaceutical enterprises.Importance in clear understanding medicine logistics provider selection problem,on the basis of this paper,knowledge from the library network institutions such as the related data acquisition,realize the meta-analysis of the literature at home and abroad,combined with medicine in basic logistics service ability,professional logistics transportation management,etc have special requirements,applicable to the pharmaceutical enterprises is constructed index system of selecting logistics service providers,and based on the selection model,choose for pharmaceutical enterprise comprehensive ability with higher levels of service providers provide methods tools.During the study,through to the medicine logistics concept,characteristics and development situation analysis,proposed joint pharmaceutical logistics service providers is realized by using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and correlation analysis method of qualitative and quantitative evaluation theory,the reaction enterprise strength,objective factors of logistics capability,logistics service quality of basic medical supplies ability,management ability,risk emergency handling capacity,logistics development innovation ability of qualitative and quantitative indexes selection,completion by the target layer,criterion layer and index layer selection index system building,achieve comprehensive ability comprehensively reflect the level of service.Finally,selection model is established by introducing a correlation method to evaluate lateral service,introducing the MCE software for data processing,and according to the index weight for correlation calculation,comparison the research object and ideal service implementation model,correlation coefficient can complete service providers,service comprehensive ability evaluation,more can meet the demand of pharmaceutical enterprise choice.Therefore,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and grey relational analysis(gra)are adopted to establish the index system and model of choosing medical logistics service providers,which can provide better methods and tools for medical enterprises to choose logistics service providers and realize the goal of promoting the development of medical logistics industry.
