Research On Financing Risk Control Of KG Power Company

Electric power industry,as a public basic industry related to national economy and people's livelihood,showed a high degree of marketization initially with the continuous improvement of the reformation of electric power system and the rapid development of electricity enterprise marketization.Electric power industry faced with the large funding pressure which is due to the increase of electricity demand and expansion of enterprise scale.In this article,KG power company was taken as the research object based on the reform and development course of electric power enterprise.The related concept and theory of financing risk control and financing environment of power industry were discussed.Using financing risk theory and risk control theory,the current potential financing risk points and the refinancing risk management issues of KG Power company were analyzed from financing methods and internal and external financing risk factors.The internal and external factors of KG power company such as debt paying ability,operation ability,profitability and corporate governance structure were comprehensively analyzed by qualitative and quantitative methods.The results showed that the company had many problems as followed.The dependency on debt financing was too strong.The execution of financing risk management of company was insufficient.The integration effect of existing stock asset structure was poor.Moreover,the financing risk control mechanism was unsound.Some feasible Suggestions and measures on the financing risk control and the actual situation of the company were put forward.Firstly,the diversified financing structure suitable to the fund demand was built and the plan of expanding financing channels was given.Secondly,the methods of strengthening the integration efficiency of stock capital and improving the executive ability of financing risk management were put forward.Thirdly,the reasonable suggestions on practical operation and system improvement were proposed based on the existing financing risk control strategies of KG power company.
