Because the traditional logistics management has been unable to meet the needs of modern power enterprises development, therefore, electric power enterprises need to adopt information platform to manage its logistics more scientificially and efficiently. Among those platforms, ERP is very representative. Using ERP to manage its logistics, electric power enterprises can greatly reduce the logistics costs and the resources which are occupied by logistics management, enhance the level of its logistics management. However, electric power enterprises using ERP for its logistics management still exists a variety of external and internal uncertainties. Therefore, the theory of risk management needs to be applied to the risk assessment and the proposal of risk control measures.Firstly, this paper introduces the connotation, existing problems and information technology solutions of electric power enterprise logistics management, discusses the fundamental principles, system design, business processes, function modules of electric power logistics ERP and its practical application in material procurement and inventory management of electric power enterprises, and introduces the current situation of the application of electric power logistics ERP. Secondly, this paper introduces the basic knowledge about the definition and characteristics of risk, gradually shows the history and development of risk management and the objectives and policies of risk management, and highlights the risk management processes such as risk identification, risk assessment and risk control. Then, this paper constructs the risk assessment index system based on risk identification of electric power logistics ERP applications, proposes the risk assessment model of electric power logistics ERP applicaitons based on the entropy weight method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and applies this model to assess the risk of Daxing electric power company logistics ERP applications. The assess result shows that the risk of Daxing electric power company logistics ERP applications is in the general level, prefers low risk level. And by analyzing the weight of4primary indicators, we know that the management risk occupies a large proportion and follows by the data risk. Therefore, this paper finally proposes risk control measures mainly for the management risk and data risk, and proposes a small amount of risk control measures for the environmental risk and software risk. |
