Since The Third Plenary Session of the 18. the anti-corruption champagne has been pushed to its highest-ever level in our country. It has even been described as so important that impact the survival of The Party. The state owned corporations also pay more attentions to Anti-corruption. Anti-corruption, as a kind of ex-post behavior, set a alarm for all of us. But to be more effective, Anti-corruption has to be taken ex-ante, which is the purpose of risk prevention and control for integrity.Probity risk prevention and control is a important part for accelerating the building of Anti-corruption system, which is also a new way to prevent corruption. Firstly the process of risk prevention and control for integrity in our country was introduced, including the commonly used methods, such as expert experience, Brainstorming, Delphi method,five dimensions,LECC and so on. Then these methods were put into an case study of Kunming Electric Power Company’s practice to testify and compare their merit and demerit in order to find suitable methods for the probity risk identification and assessment. Based on this step, the probity risk identification and assessment model was build and put into practice in the Kunming Electric Power Company. The last task is to find the better control measures and to study how to make them workable, putting them into every day’s work, so that can reduce the workload of staff integrity.Only pay attention to precaution and supervision can prevent power abuse effectively and reducing the corruption as far as possible.At the same time, it can promote the building of the integrity system for the Party and safeguard the stabilization of electric system operation.
