Research On Risk Control Of Electric Power Infrastructure Project Based On Financial Perspective

In the construction of the large power network system, the electric power construction project has a wide radius of cross-regional, management, investment main body and connecting the separation unit, etc, are in the planning, bidding, construction and so on each stage of the construction of the risk, which in turn trigger fault regulation, fund use undeserved and other kinds of financial problems, to the accounting system and value management of engineering construction difficulty. How to find the effective method of risk identification, control, improve the quality of project construction, is the project managers focus on the problem.Papers in order to deeply analyze the power infrastructure financial management features, and problems as the breakthrough point, in the perspective of financial management, scientific identification in different stages of the project management, each subject, professional risk. Grade on the basis of risk identification, the Delphi method is applied to financial risk importance to determine process, improve the rationality of the risk hierarchy. On the basis of risk measurement, exploratory construct risk control effect by applying the method of linear weighted phased and comprehensive evaluation model, reflect the project risk control level.Thesis research suggests that construction project risk identification from "process" "all groups" "fully professional" three unique perspective, constructing \"three full\" risk identification matrix, comprehensive identification electric construction project entire process each link of business risk points in financial management. Risk measurement using Delphi scoring method, which can be of importance hierarchy of risk and risk control to provide scientific support.
