Research On Cost Control Of Flexible Supply Chain Of Handu E-commerce

The Internet and big data have promoted the rapid development of e-commerce.With the support of national policies for e-commerce,e-commerce enterprises have mushroomed like mushrooms in our daily life,the rapid popularization of the Internet among the people makes the personalized demands of consumers show incisively and vividly in the consumer market,and the uncertainty of the market consumption trend also intensifies.Many e-commerce enterprises seek breakthroughs in the supply chain in order to quickly respond to market changes,deal with the uncertainty of market trends as much as possible,and enhance their market competitiveness.Flexible supply chain can cope with the uncertainty brought by rapid changes in the market environment,but compared with traditional supply chain,the construction and implementation of flexible supply chain will undoubtedly increase the cost burden of enterprises.Based on this background,this paper studies how to control the cost of flexible supply chain by taking handu e-commerce as a case study.In the process of studying the cost control of flexible supply chain,this paper makes use of the relatively typical case of handu e-commerce in e-commerce enterprises.According to the characteristics of the operation mode and organizational management of handu e-commerce,the paper combines the theories of supply chain management and cost control,as well as the historical evolution of handu e-commerce flexible supply chain and the current situation of cost control,The fishbone diagram analysis method and trend analysis method are combined to find out the existing problems in the cost control process of the flexible supply chain of handu e-commerce,and analyze the underlying causes of the problems.Finally,based on the cause analysis and contingency theory,the author puts forward some suggestions on cost control measures.It is found that the flexible supply chain can cope with the uncertainty of the market environment well and increase the cost burden of the enterprise at the same time.The cost control of the flexible supply chain is the key factor for the success of the flexible supply chain management.The cost control of flexible supply chain is closely related to the enterprise's own management mode,operation mode and development strategy.From the perspective of cost benefit,how to determine the optimal level of the flexible supply chain and how to control the cost of the flexible supply chain should be flexibly applied according to the characteristics of the enterprise itself.
