Research On Green Building Economy Based On Vulnerability

With the intensification of global energy problems and environmental problems,energy conservation in the construction industry has been drawn more and more attention from all the countries.As a form of energy-saving building,green building is a trend of sustainable development in the construction industry,which is favored by all countries in the world.However,Comparatively speaking,consumers and investors questioned the green building economy,which led to the slow development of green building in China.In addition,the green buildings in different cities have different geographical distribution differences due to different market acceptance and resources distribution,which leads to the agglomeration of green building projects in different cities.Therefore,analyzing the economy of green building in combination with the social development in different regions and the resource environment will effectively speed up the population of green building.Vulnerability,as an effective evaluation method in the field of sustainable research,will provide a new paradigm for exploring the green building economy under the interaction of the green building project and the social development of the project site and the utilization of resources and environment.This article evaluates the green building economy from a new point-the vulnerability.First of all,this paper elaborates the research background and selection basis of the economic fragility of green building and sustainable development of buildings,puts forward research objectives,contents and methods,and constructs the research framework.Based on the related theory of vulnerability,the related theory of green building,the theory of environmental resources and the theory of consumer behavior and on,the characteristics of four green buildings and one environmental protection,combined with the social development and ecological resources of the project site,,the paper.Selects 32 indicators of instability,sensitivity and elasticity,and constructs a green building economic evaluation index based on vulnerability.Six cities with typical characteristics in social development and environmental resources are selected as research areas.Principal component analysis is used to simplify the index system.The entropy method is used to determine the weight of the new index system.Finally,the function model is used to calculate the vulnerability,Regional Green Building Economic Vulnerability Index.On this basis,the paper analyzes and studies the main causes that affect the economic fragility of green buildings and analyzes the mechanism of action accordingly.It also gives proposes to reduce the vulnerability and promote the sustainable development of green buildings.The results show that the rigid conditions of the project(energy saving policy,site conditions,etc.)will directly affect the project's economic robustness.The health of living environment and the ecological resources will mainly affect the project's economic sensitivity and regional development level will mainly affect the project Economic flexibility.Besides,ensitivity and flexibility have greater impact on vulnerability.This paper studies the economy of the green building from the perspective of vulnerability,provides a new direction for the economy research of green building,and also provides a reference for promoting the sustainable development of green building.
