Import cross-border e-commerce has become a major component of e-commerce in China. The supply chain of import cross-border e-commerce mainly includes offshore production, import channel selection, product sales and product recycling. How to optimize the supply chain system of import cross-border e-commerce has become the focus of many scholars. How to optimize the supply chain of import cross-border e-commerce has become an urgent problem faced by offshore producers, transportation enterprises and sales platforms. This paper comprehensively examines the multi-party cooperation and benefit distribution decision-making of the import cross-border e-commerce supply chain, aiming to reveal the cooperation mechanism of the members of the import cross-border e-commerce supply chain and provide reasonable suggestions for improving the overall benefits of the members of the import cross-border e-commerce supply chain.Chapter 1 of this paper analyses the background and significance of the research,as well as the research content and technical route, and points out the innovation points.Chapter 2 examines the current status of domestic research on three aspects of import cross-border e-commerce related theories, supply chain management decision-making theory and import cross-border e-commerce supply chain management,as well as the relevant concepts and analytical framework involved in this paper.Chapter 3 investigates the decision problem of benefit distribution in the import cross-border e-commerce supply chain under quality risk control and product promotion, considering that market demand is affected at the same time by the retail price of the product, the level of promotion and the degree of product quality risk control.By constructing two models of manufacturer and retailer’s decentralized decision making and centralized decision making, and introducing Nash negotiation coordination mechanism of promotion cost sharing proportion satisfaction, the optimal decision and profit of manufacturer and retailer are compared under the two decision models.Chapter 4 investigates the benefit allocation decision problem of a dual-channel import cross-border e-commerce supply chain considering product-service competition, and considers that the e-commerce platform both provides services to the cross-border supplier’s online direct sales channel and has a competitive relationship with traditional offline domestic retailers.A Stackelberg game model is constructed for the four cooperation models of overseas suppliers, online e-commerce platforms and offline domestic retailers. And the optimal decisions of overseas suppliers, online e-commerce platforms and offline domestic retailers under each of the four models are calculated.Chapter 5 investigates the benefit distribution decision problem of the imported cross-border e-commerce supply chain under transport scale economies, considers the effect of transport scale economies on product pricing and promotion decisions of the cross-border supply chain, introduces the Shapley value method and the incremental revenue sharing mechanism of full cooperation on the benefit coordination system of the imported cross-border e-commerce supply chain, and proposes a method to redistribute the profits of the import cross-border e-commerce supply chain under the scenarios of non-cooperation and semi-cooperation between domestic retailers and overseas suppliers, and calculates the optimal decisions and maximum profits of import cross-border e-commerce supply chain members.Chapter 6 investigates the benefit distribution decision problem of the dual-channel import cross-border e-commerce supply chain under the product quality selection and recall mechanism, considers the impact of product recall cost and quality improvement efficiency on the benefit equilibrium decision of import cross-border e-commerce supply chain members, and constructs models for the benefit decision of the import cross-border e-commerce supply chain under four modes of cooperation between overseas suppliers and domestic retailers, respectively. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)In order to achieve the goal of maximizing the overall profit of imported cross-border e-commerce supply chain members, both overseas suppliers and domestic retailers should make efforts to improve product quality, and should increase their efforts to promote their products to meet consumers’ purchasing needs;(2)Both domestic retailers sharing the transportation costs with overseas suppliers,or overseas suppliers reducing the wholesale price of products, can increase the sales volume of products, and thus improve the overall profit of the import cross-border e-commerce supply chain;(3)One-way cooperation between overseas suppliers and bonded retailers(overseas suppliers share the revenue of online direct sales channels with bonded retailers,or bonded retailers share the product quality improvement costs with overseas suppliers)cannot achieve Pareto improvement in the import cross-border e-commerce supply chain, but two-way cooperation between them(bonded retailers share the product quality improvement costs with overseas suppliers, while overseas suppliers share the revenue of online direct sales channels with bonded retailers)can achieve Pareto improvement in the import cross-border e-commerce supply chain to a small extent;(4)When the commission ratio of the online e-commerce platform provided by overseas suppliers is low,the cooperation between the online e-commerce platform and domestic offline retailers is conducive to lowering the online sales price of the product, and when the commission ratio of the online e-commerce platform provided by overseas suppliers is high, the cooperation between the online e-commerce platform and domestic offline retailers is conducive to lowering the online sales price of the product line. When the commission ratio of the online e-commerce platform provided by the overseas supplier is high, the cooperation between the overseas supplier and the domestic offline retailer is conducive to lowering the offline sales price of the product.
