With the continuous development of social economy and the expansion of company scale,more and more company managers have realized the important position of human resource management in company management,and Performance appraisal,as the core module of human resource management,has also been paid more and more attention by managers.Effective performance appraisal system can help the company maximize the enthusiasm of employees and make them feel the sense of fairness and belonging,so that employees can constantly tap their potential to contribute value to the company.However,it is regrettable that some enterprises do not have a scientific performance appraisal system applicable to the company,which will not only affect the employees' work attitude and ability,but also limit the company's further development in the long run.Therefore,how to establish a set of scientific and effective performance appraisal system applicable to the company based on the actual situation of the company by using the advanced human resource management theory to combine with the company's actual situation is worth studying.An insurance company has been established for more than 10 years and its performance scale keeps expanding.It is a representative company in the insurance industry.In the past decade,the domestic insurance market has gradually matured,and the competition among insurance companies has become increasingly fierce.Performance appraisal is an effective means for A insurance company to adapt to the constantly changing market environment,improve its competitiveness and stimulate the potential of employees.With the continuous development of the company,the performance appraisal method is constantly improved,but there are still some urgent problems to be solved.This paper takes the employees in the office of A insurance company as the research object,and analyzes the existing problems through the research on the current performance assessment status of employees in the office of A company.Based on the relevant theories of performance appraisal,A set of scientific and reasonable performance appraisal and compensation distribution system of A insurance company is proposed,which is expected to be of positive reference to other companies in the same industry.
