Speeding up in recent years,the growth of the insurance market,the main body of the insurance company is becoming more and more fierce competition,especially after rate reform in 2015,the rivalry between the insurance companies.If we want to grab a bit more share in the fierce competition environment and occupy a position,we need not only the hardware competition of the enterprise,but also the innovation of strategy,which is the innovation of personnel.To retain top talent,insurance companies need to attract talent in terms of pay,benefits and career planning.This requires enterprises to set up a set of scientific performance appraisal system,and use performance results to motivate employees' enthusiasm,motivate employees' innovation and strive for better enterprises.This not only helps to improve the management level of core human resources,but also helps to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,in this paper,the research status at home and abroad about performance and theory on the basis of systematic review,YZ heibei branch of insurance,for example,the system analysis of the current YZ general insurance performance appraisal system,and find out problems,analyze problems,according to the company's current strategic goals,using hierarchical decomposition to the individual,set up evaluation index system,perfect the evaluation system,perfecting the assessment results,use the assessment results motivate staff's enthusiasm,make the employees want to under the premise of performance appraisal goal to work hard and improve the work performance,improve enterprise in the incentive market competition advantage.In this paper,the analysis of the hebei branch of YZ financial insurance is carried out from the two aspects of overall structure and performance appraisal,and the problems are also analyzed.With the guidance of the company's strategic objectives,it will guide its formation to the actual concrete preparation,which will combine the common employees,the company's senior management and the company's strategy.Re-design the assessment indicators,re-optimize the assessment,and apply the assessment results,so that the performance appraisal is no longer a paper talk.Put forward the performance appraisal system that joins the employee,the performance appraisal combines the salary with the employee's own work to promote it to improve itself.The performance of employees is assessed by using the KPIassessment method,and the indicators are improved,and differentiated design is carried out for different positions.Application of assessment results increased employee learning and training,promotion and other application index,based on the results of the appraisal data,optimize the employees' pay,increased the merit pay,and according to the results of the assessment of year-end bonuses.Through the design and optimization of each assessment link,the performance appraisal of YZ financial insurance hebei branch is improved and applied to the actual work.The purpose of this paper is to promote the YZ insurer hebei branch staff performance appraisal system optimization,as well as the reform of the system of performance appraisal,improve the level of performance appraisal of staff,in order to improve the company's overall competitive level.
