Since the new century,the trend of economic globalization is irreversible,the regional economy is diversified,the competition mode between enterprises has changed,and from the single competition point of relying solely on advanced hardware facilities to obtain competitive advantage,it has gradually developed into a multi-competitive point to inject new vitality into enterprises with talents and scientific and technological innovation.Want to win the opportunity in the new situation,is bound to ensure the retention of talent,and the departure of talent is often associated with workplace bullying has a great relationship,then the phenomenon of employee workplace bullying is particularly necessary.The research on the relationship between workplace bullying and its related variables for enterprise employees can provide reference and suggestions for the organization,and can also bring some practical basis for enterprise management.This study sorts out the relevant literature on workplace bullying and organizational identity,job satisfaction:Mediating role of psychological capital,This study adopted a random sampling method,taking the 597 employees in Zhengzhou city,Kaifeng city,Zhoukou city and Xuchang city,Henan Province as study participants.Employees were surveyed through questionnaires,using a workplace bullying questionnaire,an organizational identity questionnaire,a job satisfaction index scale,psychological capital questionnaire.The study used SPSS21.0 for data processing.The specific statistical methods used were descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test,ANOVA,correlation analysis,regression analysis,and Bootstrap,The study found:?1?On employees'gender,there are certain difference in workplace bullying,male employees are more likely to be bullied than female employees(t=3.39**).On employees'marital status,there are certain difference in workplace bullying,divorced employees are more likely to be bullied than unmarried and married employees(F=4.94**);On employees'years of working,there are certain difference in workplace bullying,employees who have worked for less than five years are more likely to be bullied than those who have worked for more than five years(F=7.261***);On employees'level of education,there are obvious difference in workplace bullying,employees with an associate's degree are more likely to be bullied than those with a bachelor's degree(F=13.03***).?2?workplace bullying has a significant negative predictive effect on employees'organizational identity??=-0.222,p<0.001?.?3?psychological capital plays a complete mediate role in the impact of workplace bullying on organizational identity??=0.005,p>0.05?.?4?workplace bullying has a significant negative predictive effect on job satisfaction??=-0.443,p<0.001?.?5?psychological capital plays a part of mediate role in the impact of workplace bullying on job satisfaction??=-0.251,p<0.001?.The research results of this paper enrich the research on the relationship between workplace bullying,organizational identity,job satisfaction and psychological capital in terms of theory,and provide the possibility of practical operation to prevent the occurrence of bullying behavior in the workplace on the realistic level.
