On the basis of literature study,in-depth interview & empirical research,this paper studies on the workplace bullying behavior systematically.Workplace bullying is the bullying behaviors such as isolation,rejection,work's devaluing,defamatory,nickname,insulting,constant criticism,personal attack,physical harm & threat,etc.happen to certain employees.Considering the ambiguity and simplification of the existing workplace bullying literature,we invite 30 staff from different companies to join in our research's one to one in-depth interview talking about workplace bullying & effecting factors.Next,through constantly comparison of workplace bullying literature and in-depth interview material,we extract and refine the measure scale structures of workplace bullying behavior,effecting factors,personality traits & employees' psychological health.We invite 411 employees to fill our questionnaire from Guangzhou,Shanghai,Chengdu,Xuzhou and Mianyang cities.Then by exploratory factor analysis & confirmatory factor analysis,identify the dimensions of workplace bullying behavior,effecting factors & employees' psychological health.At the same time,according to research logic,we choose corresponding data analysis method such variables' difference analysis,correlation analysis & multivariate regression analysis to explore the relationships between different critical variables.And research's conclusions are as below:(1)Dimensions of workplace bullying are composed of leader's public bullying behavior,leader's implicit bullying behavior,colleague's bullying behavior,ask & remunerationwork assignment bullying behavior and workplace discrimination bullying behavior.And staff who are male,married,with low degree,or young,are more likely to be hurt by workplace bullying behavior;(2)Dimensions of workplace bullying are composed of organizational management specifications & culture,job characteristic,social relation support,personal social skills and job role ambiguity;(3)Employees' neuroticism personality trait and workplace bullying effecting factors influence workplace bullying behavior significantly;(4)Workplace bullying behavior can significant predict employees' psychological health.Lastly,we based on research's conclusion prompt workplace bullying behavior prevention management suggestion model in enterprise which include direct workplace bullying behavior prevention,and employees' assistant program,expecting this paper could provide some reference for late workplace bullying research and management.There are 34 figures,91 tables,137 References in this paper.
