The development of small and medium-sized enterprises occupy an important position in the economic development in china.Small and medium-sized enterprises in promoting the development of the market economy,promote technology innovation,increase the employment rate,which plays an irreplaceable role in social harmony and stability.But most of them are small and medium-sized enterprises still exist high staff turnover problems in the development process.Improve employee job satisfaction has a strong practical significance.This paper takes the small and medium enterprise employees as research object,to explore the influence of job satisfaction of small and medium-sized enterprises and the introduction of workplace ostracism,organizational identity,psychological sense of security are as an intermediary variable,build the relationship model between the four,proposes and validates the research hypothesis,and on the basis of research results put forward management suggestions.In this study,based on a lot of reading literature,the workplace ostracism,job satisfaction,organizational identification and psychological sense of security as single dimension.Then this study uses questionnaire survey,questionnaire survey of employees of small and medium enterprises.A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed,392 questionnaires were recovered,350 questionnaires were valid,and the effective recovery rate was 87.5%.The data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 and Mplus7.0 software to verify the research hypotheses,draws the following conclusions:first,workplace ostracism satisfaction,staff of small and medium-sized enterprises organizational identification and psychological safety has a significant negative impact.Second,organizational identification between the workplace and rejection of small and medium-sized enterprises employee job satisfaction has partial mediating effect.Third,psychological security plays a partial mediating role between workplace ostracism and job satisfaction of employees of small and medium enterprises.Fourth,organizational identification and psychological security both have partial mediating effects between workplace ostracism and job satisfaction of employees in small and medium enterprises.The interview results according to the conclusion of the study and for employees of small and medium enterprises,human resource management and put forward the following suggestions from the workplace ostracism,organizational identification and psychological safety perspective:reduce workplace ostracism,create a good working environment;to establish a good corporate culture,enhance organizational identity;enhance organizational support,enhance employee psychological safety sense;Standardize enterprise management system,improve job satisfaction in many ways... |
